It's the players of that coach from high school. It takes 2 years to move a coach off the field, if recruits were from his school, if not too they are ineligible. Implemented to stop coaches from promising/rewarding high school coaches for their kids by giving them BS titles.

Basically, hiring kelly in the role he was hired for wasn't allowed, so the recruits he secured are ineligible. It's the Michigan/harbaugh rule. I don't know who those players/recruits are for fsu though.
