Bigger/better schools means more leverage for media rights. I don’t see the P2 trend reversing. You’re just never gonna make as much money on the outside.

Schools are stronger together and these big media corporations dont want to have 100 contracts with 100 entities. Some of this "everyone go independent" or "osu form a conference with uga and bama" really ignore all the reasons conferences exist in first place and no its no because of some title game money or appeal...
