Proof the SEC Bag Man is laughing at the NCAA

I pretty much asked that question in a couple of posts.

Not every D1 NCAA player comes from poor families.

Many, and it’s probably a decent percentage, come from middle class and higher families. All races and backgrounds.

That’s why my only question would be if his family has the land and boarding capacity. If not, then it’s natural to be skeptical because ask anyone who owns horses how expensive it is to maintain them, especially on someone else’s land.

it's a fair question that, from anecdotal experience, i can give a little insight into. if you're not stupid rich and own a chunk of land that is good enough for horses and a decent stable, you can make a ton of money boarding other peoples' horses and use that to pay the expenses for yours. it's pretty common, especially in areas where land is fairly cheap (i'd wager that rural louisiana real estate is fairly affordable). i grew up in bum**** central virginia where people do this all the time and they are not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination.

plus, not every horse is a show horse or one with some kind of racing pedigree. the bloodline horses are the ones that cost top-dollar, but horses in general aren't back-breakingly expensive and become a lot cheaper if you know what you're doing. then there's work horses that are even cheaper and those that people have that are more like pets because they're not suited for showing, racing, or work.

Involvement by the "Feds" is the ONLY thing that would "close" the SEC's foundations. The HEAD of the NCAA has been providing key insights throughout his tenure that make them ever more impermeable. Arkansas has three billionaire families running their foundation. These entities are highly sophisticated.

Atlanta has a real ecconomy and Athens is a popular tourist destination, but closing these foundations would decimate the state of Alabama and would also cause serious damage to the states of Mississippi and Tennessee.

In these states, their college teams are the only professional teams in the state. Also, outside of New Orleans, Atlanta and Charlotte, the South is an economic quagmire. They need a strong SEC and they need the Foundations..... A diploma from one of these SEC schools is practically worthless in today's economy. Football is what engenders loyalty between the schools' graduates and the school. If you destroy their football prowess, you severely inhibit the university's ability to attract students and raise endowment funds.

Nick Saban is the highest paid public employee in the State of Alabama.

And I can guarantee you, most Alabama taxpayers outside of Auburn are fine with that. They love Bama football, have black velvet portraits of The Bear next to a wall plate with Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty on it.

The system of Bagmen, cars and hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay players won’t end because that’s the SEC and the economies of those states demand it.

The Canes were busted doing stuff that happens in the SEC every day, but we were the private school that didn’t know our place. Plus, let’s be honest, our black players were “uppity” in their eyes. The NCAA hated us for that.

And now this Turnover Chain thing.

Richt CAN’T have a bagman. Because of who we are and because the NCAA hates us. But because we can win without the Bagman, that makes beating these guys all the more special.

Coach richt is smart enuff to know what he's up against, some things are just not worth talking about. The sec is made up of a bunch of old **** rednecks with pockets full of that old Slave money, they not gone stop paying for players. And if anybody paid attention during the so called shapiro scandal, we saw first hand the cast of characters that made up that inept investigation committee, the sec owns the investigation and investigators.

Thing is, Richt does talk about it, in the only way he can. You hear him talk about how he thought all of Clem$on'$ DLine went to the NFL, then said, they must really like that slide? Anyone with two brain cells knows EXACTLY what he meant by that. What more can he really say? He can't run his own football program and at the same time, be investigating 20 other programs and providing tips to the cops. CMR plays it exactly the way that he should.

Im annoyed as *** about the reality or the myth of SEC bagmen but im really annoyed with all the enablers. Richt coached in the SEC if he knows about this type of **** than he needs to be whistleblower. Along with all the other coaches that this policy of shutting the *** up is affecting. If theyve all accepted that this is just the way it is than none of them including Richt care about integrity or even winning since they cnt compete w the bags anyway.

How's he supposed to prove it? It's cash transactions from unknown people. The point of a bagman is to erase any paper trail

Absolutely!!

Alabama has NOTHING other than that team. Bryant Jr. started a commercial bank with capital from boosters and sold it for a hundred million dollars many years later. Look up the timeline online.

Birmingham is not a bad city, but if that is your leading city, then you are destitute. Have you been to Alabama's second largest city - Montgomery...... It looks like **** on Earth. Literally. Bryant Jr. is building a luxury hotel next to the stadium solely for boosters.

The state CANNOT and will not lose the foundation. They cannot compete without it....

Bama can focus on a college football team, graduate 15,000 dunces each year, while Miami focuses on biotech and international commerce. Also, the Head of the NCAA will NEVER investigate the Razorbacks, Alabama, LSU nor Georgia. Those teams add sizable fuel to the local economies and are to be protected at ALL costs. If they need a sacrificial lamb, they will offer up Miss State and as a last resort, Mississippi....

The 'Dawgs foundation had to circumvent Richt. It took them months to convince Richt that Michel had real interest. My former boss lambasted Richt each year because Richt despised the foundation. He turned a blind eye to it and recruited the best talent available. Richt never refused a scholarship to those who had been paid, BUT he never participated in the fraud. The foundation had access to the Board. Sometimes the Foundation wanted a 5-star that had zero connection to the 'Dawgs and the Foundation had to: (1.) first, see if they could get him on the Board; and (2.) then pay him.

Since Richt left, they do not have to "place players on the Board", they provide a list to the Head Coach and he selects the players.

Ex boss openly brags about the payments, so I periodically call the IRS....... The circle continues!

Regardless of what schools the NCAA would or wouldn't investigate, it'd be interesting to see how much documented, verifiable dirt an independent P.I. with some savvy could find & expose on one of the major news outlets - which would potentially have a bombshell of a story with an impact that would be determined in the court of public opinion.

Who knows what could happen next.

Nothing...... Every SEC school except for Vanderbilt (and maybe Florida) has a "Foundation". I personally know two people who contribute to the "Dawgs and someone who sat on the Board of the Razorbacks' foundation.

The Boosters give charitable donations to the "Foundation" and these contributions are for the "betterment of the State, its local governments, local businesses and education". The "Foundation" hires patsies with colossal degrees of separation. The "Foundation" also makes legitimate donations to needy causes.

The ONLY way to expose them is through the IRS.

I think that the basketball indictments were a "test" case, but time will tell.

There is millions of dollars in tax evasion occurring! There are 13 SEC teams paying bonuses to ~28 football players a year. Michel received $200,000 alone and that was five years ago.

You’re a big ****** püssÿ, and stupid to boot. Sitting on a fūcking Chevrolet, wearing Kmart clothes, and $30 New Balances.

I’ll bet you thought you were being really clever too, thinking all the time you were ratting out one of our own.

Stay anonymous you stupid motherfūcker. You must have gotten slapped around like a little bltch when you were a kid.
he is still getting slapped around

If the Feds came out publicly and warned any HS kid getting caught taking money would be punished to the highest extent it would change everything. Put that seed in the kids mind that him and his family could be indicted and I think it's "GAME OVER".
