Huge problem with not firing Baker and keeping him as the DC and with Manny calling plays you are going to see them play the seniors like McCloud, and Jennings again because these two clowns see them being a leader because they stayed. A new DC would have a different set of eyes for the talent and couch them up better. He goes to wasting talent like Cave, Brooks and Huff.

Baker keeps the title of DC so Manny can justify keeping Baker at his salary. After Baker's contract is up (I believe he's in his final year) Baker may need to find a new gig. I expect Baker to play the role of defensive assistant and LB coach until his time here at Miami is up.
