But no one ever says it's talent. For years people would say our players weren't getting coached up and they were beasts in the league like shields....blah blah blah. Stars don't matter blah blah blah......now we are **** with **** coaching **** recruiting and **** players in terms of Miami standards. And this shows it.....our NFL guys are getting NFL coaching and are still basic players.

I think it’s both. Our guys are good enough to win the ******* Coastal (but not elite), and the coaches can’t even get them to do that.

Winning the Coastal a bunch of times would up the appeal to recruits, put us in better position to start contending for the playoff consistently, get more talent, so on and so forth.

The real takeaway for me is we need to stop this “NFL U” **** and get back to basics with a bunch of actual coaches, not branding consultants.

Where are all those 18 OL I read about on this site?
 
maybe we will get some more guys in when the guys playing for something pass on the game.

Our guys suck, you could see by how the WR, RB, LB, CB, FS, SS, Oline, Dline all play much fast than us. If we was to play Alabama, Clemson, OSU or OU we would get our **** pushed in. Foh. Program is done under this admin.
 
Personally over the whole pro bowl thing, when you have a guy like lavonte David one of the best linebackers in the game not being selected for a pro bowl in the last 2 years then it’s meaningless. All it is really is just a popularity contest

No. You are saying pro bowl rosters do not matter. That’s absurd. Imperfect here or there is a wildly different observstion for mostly wrong. They are not mostly wrong. Those rosters are littered with future hall of famers.

True but it’s just a popularity contest at the end of the day. Lavonte David is one of the most impactful defensive players in football today but doesn’t get the respect he deserves and has been left off the pro bowl for 2 years in a row in which he deserved to be there
