I have been wanting to do this for a little while now. This is just based purely on my own opinion of these guys. Some could move up or down after the season but I'm taking projection, readiness at next level, ceiling and production into factor.

Highest ceilings would be. McCloud, Richards, J. Jackson, Homer, Rasul, Uche, D. Jackson and Hinson. Those guys haven't scraped yet to what they can become. You can throw Jack in, but that is obvious. A young QB is expected to improve.

Most ready to play to right away would be. Byrd, Quarterman, Bruce, Mullins, Wright and possibly Richards depending where he's most comfortable.

D. Jackson and Rasul can rise up a lot on this list after the season. Henderson can rise up a bit too.

Most productive offensively and defensively is easily Richards and Quarterman.

Shaq and Ahmmon should definitely have All-American game invites. Robbery. McCloud nomination should turn into an invite, easily one of the top OLBs in the country.

Homer and Rasul are definitely capable of getting into All-American games as well.

Deion Jackson season can determine a lot. Great season can push him high up many rankings and a possible AA invite and obviously up my rankings of the class. Limited film is an issue.

Pinckney being slept on by scouting sites. Most JAX area people I have spoken to have said he's underrated and should be a 4*. He is a 4* prospect IMO.

Uche could be higher on my list but I have questions on his readiness strength wise going into college which pushed him down my list a bit. But he's a top 10 when it comes to ceiling.

In terms of what stars I would give. #1-3 would be 5*. #4-10 would be high 4*. #11-14 would be 4*. 15 I'm on the fence between a 4/3*, would need to see more film due to limited 4 games cause of injury but athleticism and two sport star is there. #16 could get into 4* range with a good year, currently a 3* IMO.

#17 & #18 can be solid. Think #17 could be that surprise player I might be sleeping on.

#19 I like his athleticism but need to see more of him at DB.

#20 A project that could end up good or bad. Development is key.

#21 Playing out of position. Would be a nice FB/HB IMO.

I can't agree with Wright over Uche.

I'm not as sold on him. I saw him against WC last year, and he looked pretty avg. Got beat for a long td by a kid that won't be playing D1 football in Akill Oliver. At the SFE tryouts he was getting beat pretty bad in 1v1s. Was alright in the 7v7, while playing in the box as a nickel.

When I watched his film, most of his highlights were in the box maybe 4 yds from the LOS. Will be at the Gulliver vs Westminster game and hope he does well.

Uche's one of the better athletes in this class and does it against better competition. He had sacks against flanagan, Killian, etc.. Bigger, faster, stronger than wright and he's younger. Higher ceiling, more versatility (can play as a pass rushing DE or in coverage as an OLB). When I stopped coaching for the SFE, I took one of my former players and that was the first time I saw Shazier play. Uche reminds me of him. Neither had much hype after their junior year. Meyer didn't even offer him when he was at UF, if I recall. Both have frames to put on weight and are violent and explosive. He was the fastest kid on the entire team that included duke, tacoi, etc... Uche runs an electronic 4.5 and can cover D1 kids 1v1 without ever being coached to do it. There's a reason why Alabama just offered him

Barboni.

Wright in that mold of a nickel/safety "star" position that I see Miami implementing into the defense with the addition of Jaquan already on the team. Wright committed in 2016 and Patterson committed in 2018.

Wright is more ready to play at next level right now than Uche. I do think Uche will be better down the line though. Wright been very productive since lil league, at Homestead and now Gulliver. One thing though, Wright is one of the younger kids in the class as well. I don't think he will be a special player like Jaquan who I saw for four years, but he'll be a good one. Uche has ceiling to be special, just not as ready coming in.

Sam Bruce and Cedrick Wright are actually the two youngest to ever play for SFE. Both were freshman. Sam was on SFE as an 8th grader too, only kid to do that.

I think that's where he's going to have to play. Not enough film, yet, to determine his range in a deep-shell, as well as if he takes proper angles and how he plays the ball. Quan might play that same position, but he can play deep and can probably cover TE's. Legit reminds me of the honey badger, see ball get ball and can make plays anywhere, despite not being fast.

Jaquan has better range and better ball skills than Wright for sure. Wright a better thumper though. I expect them to use Quan early on in that nickel/safety role just to get him on the field early but I expect him to be a full time safety for most of his time here.

Jaquan runs a good 4.6, good speed for a safety. His instincts and football iq allows him to play faster than most. He knows where to be and makes it happen. Ced runs in that same forty time as well.

Wright isn't a kid you can judge off of 7 on 7s, combine workouts, camp settings. He isn't and never will be a workout warrior. He is a kid that just flat out can play football.

I like the list Geo. While I think Byrd has the highest ceiling I was surprised to see him #1 . I wasn't for certain if he would be ready to play day 1 or not. We all can agree that guys like Shaq and Bruce will be in the two deep from jump. (maybe starting by midseason)

I love Rasul but its just really hard for me to get excited about him. He has "jump ship" written all over him. Only good thing is that he is at CGHS. We are batting 1.000 at that school when it comes to commits over the last 10-15 years. I don't think we have ever lost a kid we wanted from there. If the light comes on for him his senior year he would be in my top 5. Cant teach 6'0 200 with world class speed.

I tried to dissect your list to see where I disagreed but this is actually pretty spot on.

Some guys that I think make major jumps by seasons end are: DJackson (top 10), MIrvin (top 15) and Rasul (top 5)

Some guys that I think might fall by seasons end are: ARichards (he will be keyed in on now. production will fall..top 10) RHenderson (is he just a workout warrior? Will he even qualify to play HS ball? bottom 25)

Shaq has to be # 1 they dont make LBs like him anymore. i like Homer above Jackson. love his skill set. i honestly would move JaQuwan Nelson about Hinson but thats just me. im sure almost everyone would disagree with me. the rest i have no complaints list is good.

the studs of the class are Jackson, Bruce, Uche, Allison, Quarterman, McCloud, Richards, Homer

the guys that shouldn't be commits or should be dropped are Moss, Rasul, Pulley, Deion, and Nelson

I like McCloud over Quarterman
I like Shaq over Zach for other than the obvious reason... True inside guys are more rare.. Zach is my favorite recruit beside Shaq and he is a must have... I like his family his disposition total package.. Shaq could play outside but not as good as Zach... Zach could play inside but not as good as Shaq...They are a perfect complement to each other and can't wait to see them play together
