We've talked about before, but I just wish Donovan Thompson had a little more pop. He's an awesome football player, but he doesn't have the explosive tackling or the speed of some other small backers.

I just dont see how they can take a kid like james king but not Thompson. They can take a kid like Henley but not DCW. Take a kid like Fines but not aaron Thompson. I just dont get it.

What's funny about that? There are plenty of short dts.

Fines is listed at 6'4'' so im not sure about the 5'11" part, that would be a **** of a stretch.

Well those guys you mentioned we just offered at the last minute because we lost some guys except for fines, hes not that tall, hes about 6-6'1 saw him at one of the practices and he was a little taller than me

You sure? I saw him in a pic standing next to Scott Patchan and some other IMG kids (think it was the pic they took when they came to the FSU game) and buddy looked at least 6'2.

247 say 6'4 Espn say 6'3 so has to be around that range.

Im 6 ft, he was a little taller than me he aint taller than 6'2

This kid should have been committed to UM already and now schools like ND are coming in an giving the kid the full court press.
