Never seen that before until last Saturday.

I hadn’t see before with UM until this season after the Gators game. The Gators did the pre-game without pads while MIAMI had pads. Then after that game, I saw UM adopt the same concept as Gators during the home games I went to.
 
I’ve never seen a team put pads on until after you warm up and go back into the locker room. Running through the smoke is the first time the pads are on
 
Wtf..no team comes out and warms up in shoulder pads..idk you if we talking about when the players come out in their own a warm up or when the teams warms up..either ******* way..if OP is reaching at this as a treason for the loss or inconsistencies..then wow
