Prediction Izzy Abram’s wins Elite 11

This is the type of throw that wins you the elite 11.

Personally I think the elite 11 is a joke and doesn’t tell you anything about how good a quarterback you’ll be. It’s basically a glorified combine. But it’s really important for star rankings and for some reason this board is obsessed with class rankings even though we had the 2nd best roster in CFB with the 15th rated team last season based on class composite rankings.

But since everyone cares I’m willing to bet Izzy shines and will guarantee himself a 5 star ranking based on throws like the one in that clip.

Izzy is already a five star. I remember — iirc — one year people said Caleb Williams struggled but he still won because they knew he was the best quarterback based on film.

Izzy has a puncher’s chance because he is already ranked so high. Good prediction even with the caveat it means nothing in the grand scheme of things.
