I honestly don't believe Richt has the offensive mind for multiple sets, motion and ability to quickly call "strategic" plays based on what the defense is doing. Remember UGA "made" him hire an OC because was in their view ineffective as an OC. IMO it's the same here. Not calling for him to be fired, but to learn how to recognize his shortcomings and hire a very good modern era OC.
 
The play where Cager dropped that quick slant TD involved motion. Just saying.
