For those not at the game and knowing you see squat on TV, the pre-game was one of the best night time displays ever. Video board showing players walking down tunnel from locker room; stadium was darkened with orange/green on the stadium ribbon, siren, music & buildup to team taking the field thru smoke/fire was one of the best ever. Great job....LETS GO CANES!

It was fantastic. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if people filled in earlier before that as opposed to a little bit after kickoff.

Got a kick out of Richt....when pre-game starters on O & D were put up on the big board, they went through all of the offensive starters but conveniently left out the QB.....:zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg:
The ability to turn off the lights during the introduction is awesome (not many stadiums can do this). Really helped fire up the crowd.

Think it's the first time I've seen it at Hard Rock.....so perfect for night games.

Dolphins have been doing it since last season, but I don't recall it happening for the ND and VT games last year. Hope it becomes part of the night game tradition.

Leaving the lights off and having a spotlight on the boys running through the smoke would have been icing.

Now just stop with the constant annoying video board crap between every snap. It's like they had some hyper-active 13 yeard old running ****.

Shet.

Girlfriend had an oversized bag.
Had to go back to the car then back on line.
Missed it.

Needless to say, she is now suspended from attending games until further notice.
She suspended herself from future games?!? I don't get it. I mean it was only her that missed the intro, right? ..... RIGHT?!?

They are copying the pre-game activities at Heat games. The videos and the fire is all straight out of the AAA production, which is cool there and cool last night, loved it!

Man, I miss living in the 305! I still make it down for at least a game a year, but it's tough now being all the way up in Jacksonville (aka Southern Georgia) and having a 5yr old and a 1mo old. I'm bringing my daughter down for her first ever Canes game vs Pitt on 11/24. She is so pumped!!

Hang in my friend.
Enjoy the kids.

Before you know it, the kids are older and doing their own thing and you'll be going to way more Hurricane games than you should be.
And loving every minute of it.

I AGREE! Totally stupid....why do they think anyone wants to see this idiotic stuff? 3rd grade.

They shut down the express lanes on i-95 headed to the stadium during rush hour. That screwed a lot of people over.

It was awesome. Would have been better if our fan base entered the game prior to kickoff rather than the middle of the 1st Quarter.
