Prayers for the family of Jorge Baez

Looks like everything I had to wear and go through after playing football in the street and getting hit by a car triggering a bout of epileptic seizures for a couple of years. Ironically, I suffered a severe concussion when dropping back from the 1yd line to hit a WR on a quick slant but no one blocked the DE so instead of throwing it straight to him I lowered my head and the Mike met me head on at the goal line. We knocked each other stupid and I suffered my worst siezure the following day and after that all was cured.

Regardless, prayers that the little man turns out to be just fine. 🙏

Although I agree with you,I also understand that there are those who think different. The power of prayer among many is a powerful force.
My prayers and thoughts are with that young man and the Baez family.
 
Looks like an EEG which as mentioned will measure if there is any underlying issue that would make him prone to having seizures. My little girl had to do that after a seizure at 10 months.

Let’s wish a good parent, family, and most importantly, their son, the best through a difficult time. There is nothing more heartbreaking for a parent than to see their child in distress.

Hopefully this thread will remain in the spirit in which it was started, respectful and hopeful.

Amen brotha OCC. it always sucks the life out of a parent to see one’s child ailing and there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s even especially difficult when dealing with the unknown on top of it all. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Baez family, hopefully he’s ok and will make it through in spades.
