Orlando is wayyyy worse believe it or not. @TheOriginalCane will attest. When I lived there, and me and the GF would take a bike ride, it was nuts. Orlando & Tampa lead the state in Bicycle fatalities. It's not bad enough maneuvering throughout downtown on those ill-defined, uneven Brick roads, then you have to deal with the lunatics behind the wheel.Riding a bike in Miami = balls of steel…
Butler and Graham'sthis guy is a good good dude. life dealt him a pretty crappy hand at birth and thereafter and he has overcome every ******* obstacle thrown his way. he has succeeded beyond most people.
wish him only the best. we need more jimmys in the world.
I'll be putting my TT bike up on the wall shortly here in Broward. Gotta be nuts to ride ariRiding a bike in Miami = balls of steel…
I have a Mountain Bike...GF has a Hybrid. We went for a ride a few days ago and it was Great (Sarasota)...that same ride in Orlando, and I'd be in ICU...I'll be putting my TT bike up on the wall shortly here in Broward. Gotta be nuts to ride ari
ound here.
Even Sarasota is way busier than it used to be. Nowhere near big city bad but sad to see how much of Florida has lost its serenityI have a Mountain Bike...GF has a Hybrid. We went for a ride a few days ago and it was Great (Sarasota)...that same ride in Orlando, and I'd be in ICU...
Pretty much. Orlando and Tampa are not only #1 & #2 of the most dangerous places for bicyclists and pedestrians in Fl...but the Country.Even Sarasota is way busier than it used to be. Nowhere near big city bad but sad to see how much of Florida has lost its serenity

No Thanks...LolI agree with you from about Maitland to Kissimmee in Central Florida.
Buuuuut...the Seminole County trails are pretty bad-***. My mom lives near the trailhead at the Orange-Seminole county line (Bear Lake Road area) and then it goes all the way north to my brother's house on the Wekiva River, and then east to where another brother lives in Winter Springs.
And the best part (for @ben ) is that most of the Seminole Trail feels like you are in a much-less-dense area.
If you get a chance, @SWFLHurricane , park your car near Bear Lake or Sanlando and bike through Seminole County. Amazing sights.
