Yep, Melbourne. Is Chase the kid we got this year out of the treasure coast area?
First thing that caught my attention was Chase doesn't look as skinny as I remembered.
I know it's just 1 clip(of practice) but Rambo looked natural catching that punt/kick... Even without seeing that, I always assumed he will start as our #1 returner
Always loved Simpson's way of teaching violent hands.
Cory Flagg seem to have some quickness... Supposedly he "transformed" his body according to Diaz but I couldn't really tell in this clip.
I think they were practicing back shoulder throws so they were actually good throws .First thing I noticed was how our QBs were not accurate on simple tosses. All the passes were behind the receivers w/ no rush or coverage. It was only a few moments, but that stood out.
Loved how hard Knighton ran in his drill! That’s what I love to see. Practice hard, play hard.
I didn’t pay too much to size gains, honestly. One thing I learned, after seeing how swoll McCloud looked a couple yrs back after the “Feeley Transformation Regimen”, that don’t mean chit to me. Miller, Brooks, Nesta, etc etc all looked leaner, ripped, muscle bound & we had chits for giggles as a result.
I love Coach Simpson, and violent hands are everything. So I need that message to continue to be drilled.
Honestly, I just checked in week 1 opponent, Bama. They started their spring practice Friday. These mofos got **** near 11 minutes of video & **** near 3 minutes of highlights. Why can’t we get the same chit? What do we have to hide? Give us more content!

Yeah that's crazy how little content this staff shows. That's always been weird to me. And you know what, I think you might be right about the inaccuracy with the QBs. I really didn't think anything of it at first. I kinda quickly assumed that it was a ball placement drill and it was intentionally meant to be thrown behind the wr but idk. Good eye on that.First thing I noticed was how our QBs were not accurate on simple tosses. All the passes were behind the receivers w/ no rush or coverage. I kinda thought that or WANTED to think that at first but maaaan lol idk. Like @Rellyrell said, you don't practice that across the middle of the field.I think they were practicing back shoulder throws so they were actually good throws .
Aint no **** near, it is. I was at 15.5% and abs were poking through. Now I’m at 13.9% and abs are fully engaged. Not extreme shredded, but clear as day. That’s y I’m just looking at these stats & I’m chuckling.
Those were definitely back shoulder throws, and furthermore it was Ryan Rizk and Matocha.
I'm embarrassed honestly to have joined the discussion of whether Rizk and Matocha were practicing back shoulder throws or not.
He’s the truth
Luv U kid....Bruh, my ninja. Lol. Always catch me cracking up.
****, I'm about to check that

And LOL man you're not lying about that Feely ****. I just pointed out Chase being a bit bigger because alot of ppl here felt like he'll be too skinny coming in and most likely will redshirt.
Luv U kid....
Yeah we are referencing Smith. He shouldn’t have to gain weight to see the field or be a good football player. Hence why I said those two bums ain’t gain a pound since they got here. Weight don’t matter much for skilled guys much in football nowadays as its nearly two hand touch with these new rules, that’s why your heisman winner last year was like 180 max and 6’2Was referencing Key Smith not Pope nor Wiggins. But you’re right the dual of Poptart and Wigs haven’t gained a pound it seems since their arrival.
Bruh I ain’t say blazin I said movinIdk about moving per se but it’s not slow![]()
