Practice today

The reason the Locker room, is divided & there's so much turmoil is because the Richts & Brown refuse to hold Malik accountable.

They get on every other player's *** about knowing their assignments & running the play exactly as their told, but won't say sh*t to Malik when he makes the wrong read or misses routine throws against air in practice.

There's a bunch of players on both Offense & Defense that feel we have no chance to win with Malik starting & they're ****ed because they feel like the Coaches are trying to prove a point by constantly trotting him out there. (Not speculating btw)

Coach Richt & Coach Brown are now blaming players for the mess they created in the locker room.
End of discussion.

To anyone who doesn't believe the Locker Room is divided, this interview should have altered your POV. Thomas just admitted to the media there is a cancer (3rd party of players after leaders and followers) that is on this team right now, and is part of the problem. In year 3, If this doesn't alarm you then I don't know what else to tell you.

I like Brown personally, he always says the right thing to the media. However, this isn't a popularity contest and this Offense is too **** poor for him to have any credibility. He either needs to go, or be demoted to RB's coach.
Who do I think is on that "other" group??

Weldon, Perry, Mike Irvin Jr...

The confederacy of dunces we've gone through at head coach is infuriating. Success is a simple formula:

Air Raid offense + 4-3 defense

I don't understand how multimillionaire coaches cant see this.

Some advice to any student or teacher at the U.
Stay the fug away from Travis homer. Dude looks ****ed like he’s ready to swing at at a mf’er.

If Travis ain't splitin' Maweak's wig wide open then Travis is just having a hissy fit

starting to think Thomas is a problem. Talented, yes. But doesn't seem to be a big team player from what has been said recently. Time to shut up and just do your job.

Booing doesn't help anyone or solve anything. It sucks for the kids .

Jeff Thomas walked away from his HS team his senior year for a bit and then returned and asked for forgiveness and they voted to keep him on the team. Not saying he's exhibiting this type of behavior and causing fractures in the locker room because I have no proof but he's clearly frustrated on the field.

I guarantee you the leader of the cancers is kosi. That is why he is not playing. Only logical explanation for him not playing and I bet he has his followers. How can a team with our tradition and rings be this poorly ran? If there are cancers on the team that is on the coaching staff. You recruited them. If there are cancers then you allowed it to become that. You are supposed to be LEADERS of men. LEADERS dont allow that to happen. Saban had an sec player of the year who I'm sure had tons of freinds on the team get benched for a freshman. It could have gotten ugly. But you didnt hear **** about a divided locker room or cancers..... This situation is 1000% on the coaching staff. Fawk em all.

You've got to be kidding me. You apparently haven't watched any games this season.

My curiosity is peaked. But this isn't surprising.

Hard to out-talent other teams when we're not that talented ourselves.

QB sucks
RBs are decent
OL sucks
WRs are young and injured
TEs are both non-EE true freshmen
we play a total of 6 DL
LBs are average
DBs are fine
worst punter in America

Personnel is not the issue but it is truly vastly overrated by the fan base. Without Richards the only gamebreaker is Thomas and he is not given the chance

We do have a tendency to vastly overrate our talent. The problem here is that our main areas of talent, WR/TE/RB, all depend on areas of mediocre to poor talent to make things work for them. It doesn't matter how fast Thomas is if Malik can't get him the ball in space - talent negated. Backs are never going to be able to run the ball when the line is constantly getting beaten and/or pushed back - talent negated. So yeah, we have some nice talent, but the way we are currently constructed, it essentially can't be used. Thomas can't throw the ball to himself, and Dallas can't block for himself.

This is not a defense of the current scheme - I would be more than happy to go hurry-up spread air-raid all game long - but I don't believe Malik can make that kind of offense work any better than he runs this one. He does very little well. He makes some nice runs in the read option on occasion, but that alone isn't going to beat anyone. QB has to be fixed before anything else, and I can't believe it's been allowed to get to this point.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lose this game, if the classic night game excuse is coming

The QB is vastly over rated by the coach. With just an ave QB this offense would look better and score more. Why in year 3 does the so called QB guru not have a better one running the show. Look no further than the head of the circus to find the answer to that
