They're all fat. Some of these guys look over 12% body fat.

I haven't exercised in my entire life and am pushing 270, but I would know.

Take a look at our 2000 team when we played FSU @ Miami on the hottest day in ****. IMO, we were built like bricks on so many levels. Our “core” work was unrivaled back then, IMO.
