Sometimes this sh*t cuts both ways. Weve been able to entice some pretty **** good DL recruits with early playing time. UFs class has totally imploded, so they can offer pretty much anything to Powell at this point.

UF has RBs too,Kevin Taylor,Mack Brown and a few others.Maybe Powell was trying to reach Golden this last weekend as he was set to come in a few days and could not get a hold of him.Golden was hiding at home sitting by the phone holding his wife's hand both praying for the Penn ST offer.Then the media,fans starts asking where's Golden is and UF smells blood,sees an opportunity and work on Powell.
 
I've been a big Golden supporter, but as I said last Saturday......if he loses even one recruit due to this debacle then he's dead to me. Well.........he's dead. Loser.
 
If Coley were to leave then Yearby would be gone. Imagine we get zero? That would be epic fail. I'm still a believer in Golden but I'm fading fast. Didn't close last year, not closing this year(so far), not benching SM, not firing his BFF, the bowl game disaster and finally the psu thing. Hope he finds a way to finish strong and pull some surprises but something stinks right now and I hope it's not him.

This whole Penn St. charade was 100% his own doing. Can't blame that on the haters. He hurt the future of THIS TEAM. If you can't see that, then it's obvious you have your head firmly up your ***.
 
Using south florida high school kid logic, he should be a cane lock. Apparently he grew up rooting for UF so hes definitely not going there.

I was in a major disagreement with him back in late November when I brought up a legit concern bout the staff that he defended blindly. He was a big supporter, he is now just showing that he is also sane of mind because even the biggest sane supporter would be concerned. I don't even care that much bout bethel, said as much months ago and got attacked by the same usual mouth breathers that now say he ain't ****. Powell would hurts because he is very talented but I also maintained he wasn't this elite kid the same peanut gallery now claims is expendable. I like Powell at DB but **** it we are lookin awfully thin at RB. As already stated this is lookin just like the end of year three for Radio. I love being a Miami hurricane but it sucks being a Miami Hurricane......
Guys we are bleeding out right before out eyes right now.

Messaged him again a couple hours ago with no response. He has always been quick to answer me. Looks like he gone...
 
I can tell you this Sony Michel is going to Georgia and Cook is going to Florida State there will be no flipping them. Golden has to keep Powell we've got 2 RB's with broken bones and related damage and Crawford on his best day is second string. The damage done to recruiting by one reporter/publisher keeping alive false rumors, bad sources is remarkable.

Peter can you give your opinion as to what those continuing false rumors and stories of Golden leaving did to our recruiting. Thank you.
