He's a good Run Defender, not much as a coverage Backer. He played well splitting his snaps between Mike & Weakside at Nebraska last year.

He can move well when changing direction & showed good strength in leverage fighting off blocks while in pursuit scraping to the backside gap.

Having watched a lot of Neb last season, I thought he had his best games when he played at Mike.

His games at MLB were

- UTEP
- Illinois
- Purdue
- Indiana
- UCLA
- USC

Interesting that his lower-end grades were against Illini, Rutgers, and Wisconsin - teams that like to pound it. And of course he struggled most against Ohio St.

I guess it all just depends on what the staff thinks about the LB unit & whether or not they can get something outta the guys they already got.
