Not that I'm aware of BUT the NCAA has stated it is allowed per this article: https://sports.yahoo.com/former-wis...ortal-in-a-groundbreaking-move-222228590.html

how many years does he have? Saw he’s a return specialist as well. Put him at nickel and Haulcey at safety…

Graded out really well his first two seasons at Auburn lining up mostly in the slot and the box.

Think he was a juco kid early on? Maybe @Memnon can tell us more

IMO and more so if you want to keep the guys you have at corner

Haulcy and anyone are the top targets…. But Haulcy (pure safety type) and Scott (safety/nickle type you can move around) is the combo that fixes the most holes for us.

I'd consider that a solid A portal haul.
