Richt -- If I could just hear this man say he's excited/fired up/passionate/whatever, then he's my first pick. I just need proof there's still a fire in his belly, gas in the tank.

Richt - as others have mentioned, just not sure he has the necessary passion for it.


Mullen - don't like his offense at UM, especially the need for a defensive end-sized beast to play QB. Has had way too much talent on his defense for the numbers MSU has given up. He's not bad, but I would not be excited.




Schiano - Rutgers played a very weak schedule during his supposed success there. would take him as a DC in a second

All 4 are interesting to me. All have potential concerns. I feel many posters are victim to hype and groupthink. What makes Schiano such a disaster? He's by no means my top choice, but I'd be very intrigued if he was brought on board. He's actually the second youngest of this group.
 
A= Butch or Richt - I can see the argument for both (and the negatives)
