Potential CFP Playoff Forfeits

If that is true, how do you explain what happened with A&M?

A school which has no problem skirting the rules and doling out big money is going to lose out on significant Bowl revenue due to a COVID outbreak.

Why didn’t they just cover them up?
I thought it was because there opponents are sneaky good and it’s a lose lose situation or them.

Another way for the NCAA, CFP, and $EC to crown a NC. Michigan and Cincinnati forced to forfeit. This leaves UGA and Bama, and a few days later UGA will take one for the conference and forfeit, and the CFB crowns Bama.

I'm in favor of this, if it will allow Nick Saban to retire while he's on top.

It’s the Gator Bowl, bruh, not the Orange Bowl. You think A&M is all pumped about playing Wake for an extra $500k?

Emmert gonna hand out fake negative test for all Bama/uga players on full scholarship.
Walk On’s and legacy donation babies not gonna make the trip.
They'll run Bama's PCR tests at 2 cycles. Everyone else will get run to 45 to find that speck of something that at one time might have been something.

I wouldn't doubt this one **** bit. They've got al this momentum from what exactly? Beating Alabama and ...? They went 2-4 in the SEC west and didn't beat another team with a winning record except for a 7-6 group of 5 team.

Yeah the bowl revenue would be nice for us mortals. But they (along with Texas) have the most profitable athletic dept in the nation and have more money than they know what to do with. They don't need that gator bowl money AT ALL.

Losing though.. that's the one thing they don't want. Especially to Wake and the ACC.

If what is true? That these “protocols” are, at this point, optics driven? Or that NBA players, en masse, got fake vaccinations?

what's ****ed with this is say Team A gets covid in the championship and they postpone the game till the last day possible. If team B gets covid that day they have to forfeit the title even though they could've played the earlier game.
