What happens when you under hire, he’s pulling too many responsibilities, inexperienced Qb coach and rb coach and oc, hire someone with more experienced and he can relax some!! I understand being loyal but at what cost. Think about all the analyst osu and Alabama have on their staffs.

The CFB world is laughing at us...AGAIN. It really is sad what the once proud and feared Miami football program has become. I won't even wear my Miami gear out and about anymore because it is embarrassing to support the train wreck that we have become. I am a fan but I refuse to have people laugh at me for the program I continually support monetarily. Losing to Virginia and BC in consecutive weeks has to have previous players either laughing or crying. What a freaking disgrace. I hope that someone that supports this program with a whole lot more $$$ than me puts the heat on Blake James' job and makes him do the right thing or get him out too.
 
If this guy would hire a few more experienced people on offense team could kill it, he has talent it’s not just used correctly.

I still wear my gear. If anyone laughs, a simple "go **** yourself" gets the point across. Every team goes thru peaks and valleys. We've just been in the valley a long, long time.

Yup. Nothing we can do. Must be nice. I remember when they had Mike Shula or whatever. Franchione. They went thru a stretch of ****** play. Now look. All it takes is the right hire.

There might actually be something wrong with him. He honestly hasn’t looked right since the Pitt game last year. I wouldn’t say dementia, but something seems off. Not making excuses, he just looks really sick.

You’re also on point about the aging. The guy looks like he’s been U.S president for 8 years..
