Seriously.
I'm not even supposed to be traveling right now as the doctors don't want me to, and I'm waiting for all the red tape to go through so I can get scheduled for another port-a-cath. But I couldn't afford to go last time in 2001 because I was young, and if we make it this time, who knows if I'd ever get to see it again. So I figured I'll get all my allotment, give the rest to Canes who need them, and go to the Natty myself. If I die there, at least I'll die happy.![]()
I’m in same hotel. See you at the barWaller, TX? I'll be there as well on Friday night. Staying in Houston Saturday through Monday.
I looked up restaurants in Waller and the #1 restaurant according to TripAdvisor is Buc-ee's.![]()
It just worked…i did get an error page, but the confirmation emailHow did you get it to work? Or did it just magically start working?
This is so frustrating.
Are they offering these tickets to season ticket holders? I haven’t seen this yet.
We’ll go out in a blaze of glory, my friend. You and me both.
If I'm going to die this football season, it needs to be AT A GAME and it **** well better be in the 4th quarter of the national championship game with Mario making me nervous over his coaching decisions...
But I thought we didn’t have fans? When I called they said they have 4x the amount of ticket requests than they have tickets. Gonna be a tough one.. Ohio state game will be much easier to get tickets if we get there
What about if you do this package?
I mean that’s only 1/4 of the amount of “fans” at the games lol.. 3500 tickets so they have 14,000But I thought we didn’t have fans?
Of course, I was just making a joke because we’ve gotten a lot of folks saying we have no fans lately.I mean that’s only 1/4 of the amount of “fans” at the games lol.. 3500 tickets so they have 14,000
Made it clear the more you donate the more likely you get tickets.. not first come first serve lol
So, when 75% of requested tickets don’t get filled, there should be a significant demand increase on the secondary markets. There will also likely be a supply increase from people that purchased tickets from the U with the sole intention of flipping them for a profit.I mean that’s only 1/4 of the amount of “fans” at the games lol.. 3500 tickets so they have 14,000

I would really like the two tickets to the A&M and Dallas game if I can buy them from you if not going.Heh...you're lucky it only took you an hour and a half!
I tried for hours and hours yesterday. All throughout the day and night. Then again all day today. Different computers, phones, iPads, you name it.
FINALLY, just now, we got through on my husband's computer! Otherwise, I was going to go scorched Earth on the ticket office this week.
So it looks like I will have two tickets available for Texas A&M, and then the following two games, if we make them. I also booked the hotel package for my sister and me in Miami if we get there, which is either at the Fontainebleau or the Intercontinental. Hopefully the ticket office will figure that out by then too.![]()
I DM’d you.I would really like the two tickets to the A&M and Dallas game if I can buy them from you if not going.
Thanks for this info I have been on the fence about it but I’ll put in my order now and won’t worry about it unless we ge there. Then at that point idc take my moneyYou simply aren't charged.
If I request every single round, I will be CHARGED for the Miami-aTm game on December 10.
If we WIN that game, I will be charged for the NEXT round sometime in the week after.
And so on.
When I put in for NCAA Tournament tickets, even when there are TWO games being played in the Final Four...I only was charged the first time for the Final 4 game. THEN, I was not charged when we lost, and I did not get a ticket for the Finals. It's so they can give the best seats to the fans from the actual teams playing the game. This is not some golden ticket that will give you a ticket to the National Championship game in Miami. Yes, it would be great to get some of those tickets, but you ONLY get them if your team makes it.
IF you are buying through your school.
Otherwise, if you want the tickets, go to each bowl game website and/or TicketMaster. But they are probably already sold out (bowl games put these tickets on sale months earlier) or else they are really expensive now.
When I went to the Sweet 16/Elite 8 against Iowa State/Kansas in the Chicago venue, I had two friends from Chicago who had purchased weekend tickets in the lower bowl, midcourt, months in advance. For the Sweet 16 game, after the Kansas game was over, a ton of people left. So I moved my seats from upper deck to lower midcourt because my friends got me past security.
Hard to do that for one bowl game, though.
