Post-season tix and prices for all (possible) games

Does anyone know if we were confirmed our ticket quantity...does that also mean we received the level we requested (i.e. club sideline)? I know in the original request it had a footnote saying that if they're unable to grant our request level, we would be moved down to the next tier. But the confirmation email we just received doesn't allude to anything about this.

Again, see my note on the unprofessional and vague e-mail sent by the Ticket Office. NOBODY KNOWS.

unfortunately, i won't be there. my wife's bday and i prefer to remain happily married for the short medium and long term
😳 I’m very sorry to hear that. But yes, happy wife, happy life.

The first birthday of mine that my husband and I were back in South Florida, he took my friend and me to the Miami-FSU baseball game. I’m just lucky that I was able to turn my husband into a Cane fan. 🤣

Why is our Ticket Office filled with such incompetent and unprofessional morons? Dip****s who can't even write a straight e-mail. They can't even say "hey, you didn't get tickets". They draft this clownish back-asswards "figure it out for yourself" e-mail that never actually says that you didn't get tickets.

It is actually titled as a "Request Status" in the headline on the e-mail, as if they might still be processing the first-round ticket requests.

While this is not the worst communication mistake our Ticket Office has ever made, it seriously calls into question whether they understand the actual nformation they are supposed to be conveying today, the day of communicating whether you GOT tickets for aTm or DIDN'T GET tickets for aTm.

Hopefully President Joe and VP Rudy Fernandez will kick Dan Radakovich in the balls when they see him at the Christmas party in a few weeks, and will demand more accountability over our horribly run Athletic Department. We cannot keep outsourcing things, we need to take back control of our Athletic Department and then rehire people who actually care about our alums and the quality of their own work.

Whoa, you didn’t get first round either?

No clue. And I tried to check and of course, I’m now unable to log into the site again. 🤣

I just got off the phone with someone we both know. You know my situation over the last few months, when I first started renewing for this year, I did so at "SALY" levels. I was Category 2 last year (no decent away games I cared about), though I did make an additional late contribution, but I just missed Category 3. I recently decided to bump to Category 3 to get certain away tix for next year, but per my e-mail, I was still given the Cat 2 offer (6 tix) instead of Cat 3 (8 tix).

From multiple people I have spoken with, the tickets ran out in the Cat 3 level. My points are VERY high (contributions back to the 1990s), but I just need to revise my level to Cat 3 going forward. I shouldn't have any problems after this, particularly for hoops (yes, I have a lot of confidence in what Jai is doing).

****. I’m sorry to hear that.

Hopefully this is just the first year of many playoff runs and you’ll be fine then for next year.

My guess is the Cotton Bowl has not released seats.

Yes, and the problem is that the Golden Canes usually max their requests and then turn around and resell.

Then, Category 5 and Category 4 were taken care of.

Category 3 is where the tickets ran out.

I dont believe many Cat 3's received either.

p.s. Waiting to hear back from Adam.

A couple of things:

- personally- didnt get first round- confirmed for all others- but will say first time in decades that my points didnt get me in- and I know I'm high due to history without being a golden cane or anything

- Texas A&M General Public on sale goes on 10 AM central time on Friday, but that doesn't even necessarily mean there will be one. It really depends upon how many request they get in earlier. It's entirely possible that allocation is very small.

- I know people are saying that the secondary markets will drop fast this weekend. I don't believe that's necessarily the case. There are plenty of locals who will die to see their first game and will keep ticket activity pretty good until the usual freak out panic zone later in the week, but I've tracked this for a few years and I wouldn't assume it's going to go down as fast as you might be used to even in that giant *** place. What will happen is out of town people stop looking because they can't get flights or aren't gonna risk it without a ticket if they're not crashing soon enough. Could be wrong, of course, but this is a whole different beast. As an example, I got all the tickets I wanted for the away game at Texas A&M with what I believe was the same visitor allocation last time for Miami

Actually, this is why I think the secondary market will be fairly healthy.

aTm has a MASSIVE number of "student tickets" which will be sold for cheap. A lot of students will be "home for the holidays", thus they may elect to purchase their tix and then resell (and the same goes for season ticketholders). I suspect there will be a LOT of "single tickets" on the resale market soon.

Maybe there's a slight dip but tickets aren't all of the sudden going to be $100 for nosebleeds. I could see a 10% drop or something, sure.

But overall, cheapest ticket is probably still north of $400.

you could get tickets for slightly under 400 right now. thats before ATM sale has begun.

no one is going to spend thousands on tickets in this economy for a game at 11 am.
