Post game reaction…

Fire him now, with three games left? Okay. Promote Ponce to interim OC and who coaches WRs? Probably doesn’t matter as the scheme isn’t suddenly going to change for three games. Promote a GA. All for it. Won‘t help but wouldn’t hurt.

And besides, CIS would meltdown if the offense showed even a hint of a spark to make us think Mario would make the promotions effective for 2023.

Fire Gattis the day after the home loss to Pittsburgh.

Go from there.

I know this sounds cliche, but when there's camcer, you attack it right away, cut it out, or whatever. You don't sit around and let it progress, that does more harm and it spreads.

Now is the time. He doesn't deserve another day. Nothing will be accomplished and productivity wise, it's psychological. When you know someone is not the man for the job, you take action.

Ponce won't be the answer as you say with three games left. It still gives them hope that change is coming and the head guy believes they as players deserve better and can do better.

Oh, I hear you. I agree on the psychology, and, it puts the remainder of the staff on notice. Wouldn‘t surprise me if the remaining offensive staff breathed the same sigh of relief as the players.

it's worth watching the presser as this tweet is in pretty bad faith. the q was "what can u do inseason to fix the offense cause u haven't scored a td in 9 quarters?" the rest of Mario's response was about how they (read: gattis) haven't found a way to move the ball and score points on offense, and that they need to. he complimented gattis' work at Michigan and Bama as an afterthought, while noting that we aren't close to where those programs were developmentally. that's not an endorsement of gattis or his work here.

gattis is done, as he should be. hopefully mario has learned his lesson and hires a much better replacement.

He’s fckin right!

We need to just be like Michigan bro!
Why do you think Michigan is Michigan? Its Harbaugh's coaching. Why is Michigan's offense better this year. Gattis is no longer there. Harbaugh is very involved Michigan's run game. Harbaugh team always run the ball well where ever he's at.

When we get the chance, we are going to keep scoring on you until the final whistle blows...

I believe better times lay ahead in a few seasons...

Michigan's 3 deep OL are better than any of Miami's OL1 players.

I was ****ed at the Gattis Quote but just watched the full video. Mario looks disgusted and said Gattis was good at Bama and Michigan but we’re not there. Said the fans filled the stadium and that’s what they’re building for and we didn’t deserve what we saw. He pretty much said nicely that he knew this team sucked coming in and he’s got to build it up.

There will be massive roster turn over.

HC doesn’t believe in our current roster for ****e. Has openly talked about helping usher kids out.
