I'm sure he is. He wants to do things his way and I hope he has finally realized that his way isn't working. We all believe that he won't be fired. We need him to look and feel defeated. That's the only way I see him making changes. If he has hope he won't change ****.Wow.
He sounds completely defeated.
thats like comparing which is worse........, explosive diarrhea from eating a bad burrito in Tijuana or getting a case of black clap from a hump hump bar in Panama.Golden was worse.
He was completely incompetent.
Richt is mostly incompetent.

richt donated a large sum to the IPF .... youre a smart guy .... im sure you are familiar with tax shelters. right ?Richt got us a $35 million IPF.
That alone gives him the edge for now.
But time may sway it in Golden’s favor if this continues.

not trying to be cute, but how many NCs did Miami win without an IPF ?That’s not the point.
It doesn’t happen without him.
And it will come in handy for the next coach.

You know I used to think that Golden was the worst coach we had at least since I have been watching the Canes since the 80’s. I mean Shannon and Coker weren’t good either but I always gave that nod to Golden. I really wanted Richt to succeed here mostly because if he succeeded so did our Canes plus he is an alum and seems like a good person. Then I started thinking I always want a coach to succeed here until it gets to the point where it’s obvious they are failing and what I hated about Golden so much is the problem was so obvious but he refused to address it until it got too out of hand. Well that’s exactly what’s happening with Richt just on the other side of the ball. If he refuses to change he might become the worst coach in my mind and ironically what would put him to the top is one of the reasons I really wanted to succeed. He is a former alum and should know what a Canes team means to the community and winning is the only thing that matters.Golden was worse.

It wasn't Richt, but the excitement around the program because we all thought we had a real coach for the first time in 20 years. That was a lie. The excitement was based on one big, fat lie. Any competent coach would have caused a stir on campus, and an influx of generosity. That’s not the point.
