Post Game Locker Room

That 1st pick was I was gonna give a pass..looked like Harly slipped or stumbled out of the break..the 2nd was Kyle Wright like..that 3rd one 3 was wide tf open..kosi tried to be Aaron Rodgers..for the QB play to be regressed to this..it’s bad. MR better be looking the grad transfer route or underclass route cause 5 doesn’t have it up stairs to be counted on. Jarren we’ll see how he progressed

Hahaha.

As a former college athlete and the father of two others, I know that no kid has ever tried to fail. I feel bad for the kids on this team. The adults let them down. The adults put in place systems that placed the kids in disadvantaged positions. The adults failed to teach the kids to play better. The adults placed their pride before the success of the players. Yes the players played poorly but how could anyone honestly expect them to do otherwise?

Lot of mixed feelings occurred. DeeJay was crying and was adamant this sh*t is not happening next year.

Demetrius Jackson, who unfortunately did not have the season we all wanted him to have, preceded Coach Richt with a great speech. He referenced the older players he came up with who have dealt with struggles, the young guys he challenged to leave the place better than how it was when they arrived, and thanked everyone for making an impact on him. Special guy.

Richt admitted he let the team down in a major way. Said it was his fault and he knows things need to change.

Jaquan and a few other seniors, especially Malik, were stunned this is how their Miami careers ended.

It was a mixed bag full of emotions, and now it’s onward to 2019. Here’s to hoping we see the changes we deserve.
Wish someone would have cut Richt in there!

No, because he should never be playing.

100% on your boy Richt.

This point has a lot of merit to it. Look, I'm not trying to be cruel to a 5th year senior college kid. You're right, he should not have been on the field to begin with and that is the head coach's fault.

This is on Mork and his son.., that offense was pathetic and granted the defense got ****ed between the 20s they hung tough and allowed this game to be won many times and the way the season had gone and missing your big Boss Hog Willis that’s all you can ask!

Mork and his son have ****ed the QB room up and it’s regressed to the point I think they were better in High school than now

Pathetic that with that much time to prepare and knowing how much the finish of the crooting cycle and projection to next year you lay that ******* egg

This is what I don't get. How does it feed the adults' pride when the adults produce such garbage results on the field?

Its the players who I feel bad for. Their season did not turn out this way due to lack of effort or determination on their part.

The university owed them more; The junior class especially. They're the ones who committed to UM not knowing who their next head coach would be. They ponied up blind faith in UM and the administration failed them. Looked them right in the eye and said, "We allow nepotism, regardless of outcome. As well, we don't provide oversight of our highest paid employee."

Just sad. I wish every kid in that locker room the best of luck in life.
I don’t feel bad for the kids who quit during games and mid season and those who can’t stay out of trouble. **** the kids who feel entitled just because they were All Americans in high school.

it's crazy how pervasive this sentiment is across the board. You guys realize that Malik can be a terrible qb and richt can be a terrible oc right? Those two things aren't mutually exclusive. Malik certainly deserves his share of blame for that awful performance.
You realize the issue is we know what the guy can’t do and he still played. That’s all richt.

I don't think most of the people defending Malik would disagree with what you just said. Personally I never wanted him to play again and get so frustrated with his play, but I don't blame him b/c I don't think he ever should have been starting in the first place. I blame the coaches for letting our QB situation get to the point where they think he is the best option. Either b/c 1) They couldn't recruit better 2) they couldn't teach/coach better 3) they truly think he is the best option or 4) some combination of all of the above.

Unlike Perry, there is nothing to suggest that he hasn't tried his best and other than one poor social media decision after wining a game (which pales in comparison to our other starting QB's social media decisions), he has had a great attitude. It's not like he is out there talking **** or getting caught doing stupid stuff every other week - be frustrated with his play, but be mad at the coaches for putting him in this situation in the first place

Richt literally had a play where the route tree led to 3 different receivers in the same area, like what kind of play is that. **** is worse than madden

Malik should be stunned. His best game was his first game, and his worst game was his last. That’s unbelievable. He started as an unprepared RS Freshmans as a gunslinger with pretty good accuracy down the field and ended after 3 years under this despicable slouch as a crumpled heap of refuse who couldn’t throw it 5 yards.

Same.

Except rosier. He can **** himself

Its not Rosier's fault that there's no one better than him on the roster. By all accounts he put in the work and tried his best. We can all go on and on about the lack of QB coaching, etc... I have no interest in that debate tonight. The extent of my input this evening is that I suggest folks here take a moment before ****ting on 18-23 year old kids because they're ****ed off at a 55 year old man and his 30 year old son.

One man's opinion.

I cut the kid plenty of slack. He is a selfish prima donna who chirped over and over on social media during the offseason and again early this year. It is clear his teammates dont think highly of him. There have also been several posters with close contacts to the team that essentially corroborated the theory that he is a kiss *** and a brown noser.

Malik can kick rocks. Fvkk him and the horse he rode on

Honestly bro **** some of our players they stay trolling us recruiting trail and never stop tweeting I won’t forget when rosier told us fans to stfu
