Richt is not going to get fired we all know that but who would you take right now? What do you guys think about Dino Babers? Is he all show

No on Bibo, but I would take Leech, Kiffin, Stoops, Frost and might even consider something outside the box like Mario. Now, if Bibo ends the season with a lot of wins, I could change my mind.

Dino is a very good coach, if Richt decides to retire after bringing home a championship or two he would be one of the coaches I would interview for the position

Trust me, I haven't wanted him anywhere near our team. But, he knows offense and he has swagger. I've had multiple encounters outside of FL where CFB fans all live in the past regarding Miami. They still think of us as cheaters and renegades. I'm not saying we should cheat - we shouldn't - but as far as the nice guy image....? Who are we kidding??? The nation will never let that crap go, so lets get a winner in here and someone who's ready to poke the bear, so to speak. Offer Diaz more money, offer Mark some office position and let's get back to winning and rubbing the nation's noses in it. They still hate us anyway, so let's give them a real Cane head coach who will make everyone happy!!

Mario is the Miami version of ed orgeron. Hype guy who will need good coordinators around him to succeed.

That being said gimme him over Mark all day

I'll take Mario over Mark. Mario would absolutely CRUSH recruiting if he were the Canes HC. In 2 years, we'd be competitive from just the talent he'd bring in and keep.

You have to win to keep recruiting well at Miami. Without the bags I doubt Mario would have the same success here.

I would not bet against Mario when it comes to recruiting. He is gifted in that area. Bags only come into play occasionally, which is how they are are able to keep it off the radar. Most recruiting battles are won on the school's merits, etc. I'd prefer Leech/Kiffin/Frost/Butch, but we could do far worse than Mario.

Babers is one of the better football coaches the Orangemen have had in the last 20 - 30 years.
He’s got some of that “preacher” pizzazz in him; you can see it in some of his post game locker room speeches after a big win (e.g. upset of Clemson a few years ago).
He’s also got the Cuse almost relevant again in college football - and that’s without having players like Art Monk and Joe Morris (or Larry Csonka and Jim Brown if you go really far back — lol).
They also upset NC State today.
If it came to it he’d definitely be worth a strong look IMO.

Agree on above.
Funny or not, but watching Oregon play Arizona and announcers are noting the dismal offensive performance of the Ducks in this game and last week.
Was getting that deja vu feeling .... 🤔🤔
