If this is being discussed it's not by the schools imo. This is a TV power play for huge ratings and a ton more money.

A few thousand fans being affected isn't going to make them change a date that can generate millions more in TV revenue.

i dont have to fly. I'm driving, but there are A lot of people who aren't in the same boat. FYI, you know how much flights cost to change with the fees and fare differences. its a bull**** move by the schools

Like $200, usually. Sometimes a little more. If you have status, it’s usually free.

I was ****ed when they canceled the Arkansas State game for a hurricane in Florida that never happened. But you get over it.

If it will generate more eyeballs on the TV, then it’s good for the school, good for recruiting, good for the program.
