Possibilities of change

Manny had a sweet job with very low expectations at Temple. No one was firing him for what we have seen so far this year. He had to pack his stuff and leave it for a better paying gig. Wouldn't you hold Miami accountable in that scenario? Why would Manny just up and quit?

Shanny’s a politician so he’ll fire Stroud and hire Amato as a consultant and get all the mongoloids worked up over it.

Miami is a toilet. We are reactionary. We won’t pull the trigger on the real problems—Fake and Shanny—because it’s not classy to fix a bad hire quickly.

Not that it matters but Temple is 4-1. They're probably not complaining about not having our HC.

you mention the word reactionary - that is 100% spot on. We are also reactionary in-game, which is crazy. When was the last time we dictated anything on the field?

Baker is running Diaz's D. He is the Dorito to Golden. Unless Diaz really has the balls to admit he himself is wrong on D, he wont fire Baker. They will consider this year on a D a fluke and blame it all on the talent we lost of the NFL last year. Watch

Did you guys see Mannys press conference after the game?
He was doing his best Al Golden impression when Al would make up every excuse for his buddy dorito.
Manny is not firing ANYONE on the defensive staff.

Is there any scenario, and if so what does that look like, of:

1. Manny & Co. not returning
2. Changes at the OC and DC
3. Changes below the coordinator positions, ie OL, DL, LB

It’s been documented enough how much this team is regressing, I’m curious if we end up not making a bowl and the recruiting class for 2020 and 2021 go to ****, what consequences there will be.

Because with that type of outcome, there is no way Manny can “explain” his way out of it other than the staff, top to bottom, screwed up what should have been at the very least an 8 win team.
I dont believe anything will happen until after the last game is played, no matter what.

I predict the house will be cleaned at seasons end. We are on our way to 3-5 wins and no bowl game.

The truth is the only person that can save Manny and get us to 7-8 wins is Nkosi. He makes our offense look dangerous. The fact that he was not named the starter is another indictment of these morons.

Just wait till he fires one or two guys and is labeled a “savage”. The whole offseason will be spent by the bautista army and their woke student friends propping up Corch Shanny.

We must live in Reality. The University will NOT let Shanny go this early in his contract, due to money and looks. I do recommend Shanny hires a "consultant/advisor" an ex head coach to be his sounding board, to sit in the press box and helps him with the "chess" moves. That should happen quietly if they want NOW!. AT the end of the year when DCs are avaialbe I will clean house of that entire defensive staff, no one left!!! Hire a ST coach 100% dedicated to it and also replace the OL and WR coach. Bring some of the top recruiters that are connected to HS in this state, proven folks. Spend the buyout money for Shanny in creating a super staff for him.

They already have. Banda was beating that drum in his presser last week when he gave his famous “you tackle you play” quote. So the mantra of “we are young” has already started.

These coaches don’t hire themselves. Why isn’t everyone focused on the actual issue?

Alot of us are. But just trying to be realistic at the same time. Blake isn't going to fire himself or resign so any change to the AD is going to need to come from the ultimate decision makers. Given that they've allowed Blake to seemingly continue to waste millions of their/the University's money, I don't see any reason they would fire him now unless this thing goes really bad and there is too much pressure.
