Position Changes

Great news, we need depth at both positions and their bodies were going to keep growing out of WR and Safety.

David Njoku has been moved to TE - I like this move alot. This kid is going to be a match up nightmare.

This staff is dumb af for not RS Marques Gayot

I agree that the lack of red shirting has been an issue with Golden. Maybe if Jenkins and Bush were able to stay healthy this season Gayot would have been.

I felt we could have done that quite a bit in recent years.

What's Njoku's weight at right now?

Dobard, Herndon and Njoku could give us some decent depth at TE.

Unlike coaches of the past who had a great knack for position changes, Al just moves kids he thinks "big enough" to play the position, not because of a skill set they have shown. Njoku I can see, but to move Gayot makes no sense when you consider Al goals were to get bigger, stronger LB's. Al is not an intuitive coach too add along with his many other inefficiencies. FIRE AL GOLDEN!

You first must have a coaching staff understand how to create matchup nightmares.

Pretty sure Mackey finalist Warlord was a match up nightmare.

I am talking in general as a team, on both sides of the ball. This staff is clueless in finding and attacking mismatches. Duke should have ran at a minimum 1 to 2 wheel routes a game and he should have been put in the slot at a minimum 20 to 30 percent of the time. Waldorf is a very good player but he would disappear in games and the staff could not move him around to create mismatches. Shockley would line up at fullback at times when he was here.

He is clueless on finding what guys do best and putting them in position to excell.

Does Al have any philosophy of who he wants and why. I can't see it. It seems like he just takes the best of who wants to go to Miami.
