Can’t believe we still don’t have an OC or a DC and spring ball starts in less than a month. I get the argument about hiring the right person but you still need time to build the foundation for success next season. IF the OC is on one of the Super Bowl teams, the announcement should drop within a couple hours after that game is played otherwise this program will have similar results as this past year.

Now, there's a twist to how the transfer portal works. To limit the uncertainty around scholarship numbers and streamline the process for players, the Division I Council approved in August new transfer window dates for when players can enter the portal. Instead of being able to leave a school at any time, players now have to enter the portal within set dates. The first window opens the day after the championship teams are selected, which will be Dec. 5, and closes 45 days later on Jan. 18, 2023. There is also a 15-day spring period from May 1-15.


Edit 2: I couldnt find anything stating that he is a grad transfer, but it says this would be his 6th year so guessing he is and I don't think they need to abide by the same rules for windows
