Yes

I believe a TE that went to USCe is going back to Oklahoma

Cincy QB last season started there, went to Eastern Michigan and back to Cincy

Heck, all depends when they first transferred too. First time they could have received a waiver. I think that Cincy QB was all while Fickell was there.
