DWin for the WIN!

You, I, and several others have said for years its about the Jimmies and Joes not Xs and Os.

The schemes, while important to a degree are incredibly overrated.

24/25 Natty is being won by the team who is going to win this 2023 cycle by recruiting, training, and retaining those athletes.

Big facts it's the easiest thing to see with elite programs. They win in the trail first than start winning big

You've brought the sermon for years.

And no one will acknowledge we were right. We proving the very CIS heads u can recruit elite players with a bad record.
I believe "the Miami model" is going to be looked at very hard by the leaders of the next program smart enough to do so (perhaps Auburn).

If I were them, here's the must-have checklist:
- HC candidates are "elite" recruiters
- Institution is willing/able to support "elite" recruiting
- HC candidates have proven "player development" record
- HC has experience/plan for how recruits will be retained

Everything else, by and large, will fall into place:
- Good enough OC*
- Good enough DC*
- Good enough position coaches*

👆Do this and any program will consistently be in CFBPO conversation, if they expand the field, GUARANTEES consistent CFBPO appearances

*HC elite recruiter will demand the same
