So he's not just fast , he's got vision and is elusive ? Honest question , I remember when he was recruited he was fast and skinny and that's all I remember .
He's one of the fastest players on the team & yes has shiftiness & can make people miss as a return man.

He's gotten bigger, added more muscle mass & will be a contributor on ST's this year, his coverage skills as a CB are still coming along as he gets more comfortable in the Defense.

Thanks, man. Really appreciate the insight .

Kick Return - Mark Pope and Lorenzo Lingard

Punt Return - Jeff Thomas and DJ Dallas
This...all day. Lingard and Pope are fast if you give them a crease and they can break it. Better straight line speed with them.

JT4 and Deejay are fast, but they're hard to tackle and can make cuts without losing speed. Best ability to change direction on the team.

Between our lack of depth at RB and Deejay’s tendencies to put the ball on the ground last year I’d be very surprised to see him on special teams this year

I never cared for DJ on KR.

JT4 and Deejay seem like great PR guys due to their shiftiness/ ability to make guys miss.

KR get me the speed demons who can get us to the 30-35 or house it on the regular. Pope/Bethel/Lingard/ Harley seems to be ideal for this.

Hopefully, there won't be many KR opportunities and there'll be plenty of PR opportunities. That means the D is taking care of business.

I just can't see Lingard returning kicks coming off an injury and RB depth is a bit of a concern.

PR - JT4, Pope

KR - KJ, Bethel

Bethel should be on one or both.

I don't really want JT back there because we have options now, but I'd understand if he was. He's too valuable to risk IMO.

If Lingard is healthy I'd like to see:

KR: Bethel and Lingard
PR: Bethel

Tommy Kennedy.

He’s light on his feet and has skinny ankles. Plus, he’s not on the two-deep, so it’s a low-risk, high-reward move.
