Only saving grace is the fact he’s an Air Raid guy, so hopefully Mario sticks with that system when hiring the next OC.

The hire shows Mario is willing to change, something many were concerned about or adamant he wouldn’t do. He did. Dawson’s track record is spotty, with highs and lows. What matters in the end is how his bringing in Air Raid concepts, passing and rushing, blends with Mario and getting more out the talent on the roster and hopefully future rosters.

We’ll see!
