Please Watch this.....FSU podcaster talking about a Miami Dynasty Incoming

If he had not taken the timeout & we held them to a punt people would've been criticizing him for not being aggressive. I think he made the right choice even if he didn't get the result we wanted
The only real criticism from the Ohio State game was Miami’s final drive of the first half. Dawson got a little greedy and tried to pad pad the score and ended up getting knocked out of field goal range. You would’ve thought a punt down at the one or two would’ve ended the half but Miami played a little soft, or Ohio State figured something out, and managed to get in position for what ended up a missed long field goal.

In hindsight, Miami should’ve run some clock, get about 10 more yards and let Carter Davis try a field goal. That could’ve potentially been a 17-0 halftime lead. Dawson admitted he got a little cute and greedy.

I did not have a problem with the timeout late in the first half. OSU was finding a rhythm and Mario probably felt the timeout would help the defense regroup. As dominant as Miami was on defense, Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate can score on one big pass at any time.

I would love for this to come to fruition but, with the way NIL has modified things and how powerful people are converging on the issue (Louisiana State Governor example), I don’t think a dynasty is as easily attainable.
Agreed i think the dynasty era of cfb is probably over. You need a talent gap thats crazy far and that seems unattainable in this nil/portal era. Plus you will need elite top nfl draft prospects to return more often

For example our 1999-2002 teams were loaded and some superstars had to sit and wait to play. They would have gotten insane nil offers out of hs and to portal out

I watched a couple minutes of it. I give him credit for saying these things, but TJ has made Canes fans dislike him over the years. If he is going to do a ACC podcast, no avoiding this show right now. I don't type Internet stupid and say I hate him for saying the same stuff our fanbase has about his team over the years. I am to wise for that, give him some views on this. I may watch it tomorrow

He’s just simping because he wants subs for his new ACC channel. If you know, you know.

I agree.

He probably believes most of what he said in the video, and a lot of it was just obvious and factual, but this guy has been a douche for 25 years now. He ain’t changing out of the blue for no good reason.

Also, if you told me that video was an AI video of him, I’d believe it. He has never been quite THAT bad and unnatural on camera. It was creepy.

Excellent points. I agree with everything that you said. He stated the obvious, while still taking shots at Mario in an underhanded way.

You could tell that it was hurting him to his very core to film that video. The things that people do to advance their business.

Every team with a focus on the trenches will compete for a title. We may see Notre Dame going to the top much sooner than we want to, but it may happen. There is too much development happening for it not to.

Dynasties are not a thing in the future. Based on the talent distribution, the fluctuation and the values of said conferences, we're in the closest era college football has seen this century. Let's be real, outside of Alabama, every single team in the quarterfinals could have made a run. That'll continue. Football has changed dramatically over the past few years.
