Please god!

The offense was a lot better with him. Because the whole offense is on his arm and shoulder. The offensIve strategy is “here Tyler , throw it every time and win the game“. Once we lost him you saw what we are. We went from throwing for 300-400 yards to 100 yards passing and six points…..against a bad d. With a qb they wouldn’t allow to throw in obvious pass situations because they didn’t trust him.
Yeah that’s because Garcia is a pick machine in practice

Fans always hype up the newer QB, especially if they are ranked higher than the old ones and especially a 2nd string one. There was little to no evidence available to a casual fan to say either was better than the other at that time. Picking one as better was simply fodder for board discussion. It’s not personal and wasn’t personal.

Weird how people know Garcia sucks after 2 games but said it was stupid to judge TVD after just two games. The game is gonna slow down for him as well.

Pretty sure you don’t go from not practicing to being able to throw a football 50 yards in a week. That shoulder is ****ed. He’s not playing next week and we have literally no chance without him, which is wild because FSU is probably an above average team, at best. But with Jake, all these injuries and Gattis, Miami is legitimately one of the worst 5-10 P5 teams in America.

And we saw what is against South miss, A&M, MTSU, VT etc....but like you said before...its the offensive lines fault , right? Its not like this Offense is putting up points with any QB back there. I just need you to tell us Gattis is fired AND Mario is going to hire someone that runs an offense from this century

He wasn’t using his right arm at all today. It’s not a major injury but it’s still bad enough he’s not using it.

Garcia still has time to improve but what we’ve seen from him is what he’s been since he’s been here. Careless with the ball and the game moves too fast for him. Tvd has always been decidedly better for two years , at practice and games. But JG will get better the more snaps he gets. He just needs help. He can’t be expected to sling it around 50 + times like TVD.

Yes. It’s never been a debate , regardless of this staff or last. When a certain poster came in here posting bs like Garcia was better or the better option is how stupid narratives get started. People either ran with that or were already on the Garcia wagon.

Cribby, when combining things Ive heard earlier in the week + the UVA ****show, it’s virtually guaranteed that Gattis will not be the OC at Miami in 2023. Can you corroborate this?

If he’s not back next week I would consider forfeiting the football game. Come up with an excuse like so many did during Covid season… monkeypox?

If we’re forced to play can Khalil Brantley split snaps with Jacurri?

Garcia needs 2 more redshirts
2 more redshirts..I like that. Was thinking of a certain long-tenured db, you know, one who was beaten deep on the 1st play of the game. And couldn't down a punt inside the 10. I know he's almost out of eligibility, but with 2 more red shirts we may have somethin'😂.

*in fairness, the punt did take a crazy hop

lol you know Cribby got a point. But even with TVD 300-400 yards we were still having a hard time even reaching into the 20s.

You know whats crazy, this is back in the UNC game I wanna say but Gary Furman homeboy, I forget his name said he had always thought Garcia was the better QB. That didn't age well

FSU isnt great but theyre playing way better than we are right now. we're below average at best. I just hope rivalry week gets us playing at an other worldly level for a week

@Cribby I don't know how you do it. To continue to have to spew facts on here must be exhausting.
