We run an inside zone based running game. More that 50% of P4 teams run inside zone. You are assuming that the same inside zone runs that we struggled with last year will be a struggle this year. You seem to trivialize our change to Cam Ward from TVD yet you forget a basic reality. Last year teams could stack the box because opposing DCs learned that TVD couldn't exploit zone and consequently had no fear of his ability to make them pay.

That entire dynamic changes with Ward at QB. Teams will fear Ward in the passing game vs Man or Zone. This will create lighter boxes for Damien Martinez to rip apart. Once Martinez makes them pay and defenses start creeping up then Ward will torch them with X, George, Brown, Horton, Carr and Trader. That and I haven't even mentioned the TEs yet. Arroyo, Riley and Lofton will exploit secondaries with aplomb.

You also forget that Mario/Dawson shut down TVD when he started to show what a headcase he was. The game plan for Texas ATM was much more representative of Shannon Dawson than the NC. State game plan or the Clemson game plan. We will see much more of thst this year.

Simple bet. I did it for a tad more. No concern at all in that one. I took a futures bet two months back for the Panthers to win the Stanley cup(which now I think they lose),the yanks to win the Al East & us to win the acc.
 
It’s always fun to get into sports betting, especially with a big bet like that. The anticipation can definitely be a thrill.

Since it’s your first time, remember to keep track of your bets and manage your budget carefully. It’s all about enjoying the experience and hopefully cheering on a win.

I put in bets a while back for…
Ward Heisman +2200
Miami ACC champs +450
Miami National champs +6000

Not much of a gambler but figured this would be fun to try.
