I like Fleck a lot. But I'll be honest, I don't think the "Row Your Boat" mentality would work at any of the Big 3 in Florida.

Will be interesting if Arkansas throws the whole bank at him. I'm assuming the buyout at Minnesota isn't obscene, but I haven't read what it is.

Don't pay attention to the extension. It's all about the "buyout" money that's in the contract. He could have signed any length of extension, but each coaching contract has a buyout clause built in that isn't the total figure of the contract, but a much lower amount.

Depends. There is an inherent ceiling on what Minnesota can achieve no matter how long he's there. But he might just enjoy the lifestyle and want to say even if there is a ceiling on what he can achieve.
