I think Saban coaches the whole team by himself. He has these loser dud assistants as props to bait other teams to steal them, feeding them losing strategies and coaches. This ensures there is Bama, then the rest 129 teams.

In all seriousness, even if Diaz gets rid of Enos after season, what good OC will want to coach under Diaz who will probably have a losing record in his 1st year and be on the hot seat?

This is why getting rid of the AD and athletic dept and starting over fresh with a new HC is best if they realize that they messed up hiring Diaz. This won't happen unfortunately though.

does it matter? It’s OC’s job to prepare the players to execute the plays he calls

How much preparation can you possibly do before it's the player's responsibility to catch a ball thrown into his numbers or throw a pass that doesn't land 15 yards past the open receiver?
 
First off, I really believe a lot of posters on here would actually rather us lose this Saturday then win so that they can keep pushing their narrative of "I told you Manny wasn't the guy. I knew it all along! Fly the **** banner!".

The question was would it calm the waters and the answer is YES!

The question wasn't "Would beating FSU make you jump back on the Manny Diaz bandwagon and be a believer and renew your season tickets and demand he get an extension ASAP!" Some of yall need to read or some of yall need to just jump ship on the season and we will see you in the Spring if you can't enjoy wins.

Of course beating FSU at Doak, with 3 winnable games left on the schedule which would potentially end this horrific season on a 4 game winning streak going into the bowl game would calm the waters for 7 days. But if we lose to UL (which is possible. They look good) then we are back to square one. Its simple, Manny is living from week to week. And that's the way it is.
 
Enos' problem is he still thinks he's at Baga, and he gets too **** cute with the calls. jet sweeps and reverses, lack of vertical plays, etc. His *** would've been fired or demoted by a real HC by now.
