It was intentional grounding. QB was about to be sacked (blitzing DB), was in the pocket, and no WR in area. If that’s not intentional grounding, the rule doesn’t exist. What the **** are we doing here

Yeah, despite it being called "intentional" grounding I don't think there isn't anything related to intent in the rule book
