Pitt-Louisville Game Thread

Confused face.

Did you hear we had a new offensive coordinator?

Also, good lord man, what on earth are you going on about? We beat them four out of the last five times, and going back further we’re 12-2 vs them just in recent times.

For whatever reason, they don’t give us much trouble except for one notable time.
Stop twisting my words. I didn’t say they beat us everytime we play them. I said their offense is always sucky. Meaning when we lose to them it’s never cuz off a high scoring attack from them but because of their defense

Yes that would be a concern if Enos was still OC. Miami's D doesn't have to pitch a shutout like in last few years. I'm not as concerned about Pitt at home as I am about Miami looking past FSU tonight because of the hype and Clemson next week.
FSU is the one game I'm confident UM doesn't overlook regardless their team. Beside next week there's a bye, I believe that helps. Two weeks is too far to look ahead.

So Pitt's D had nothing to do with it?

No one is saying Pitt’s defense isn’t good. It’s the mope squad trying to make this an apples to apples comparison.

Pitt took 35:16 to score 23 points. We scored 20 in 3:51. Our D was constantly on the field, finally for the right reasons.

They're good because they beat up on the likes of Rice, Old Dominion, South Alabama, etc. A top 25 team isn't going to struggle to move the ball on UAB.

I highly doubt any member of this board with an understanding of CFB would agree with you. But you do you.

I had Pitt by 10 I was off but Louisville isn’t good. Their offense is just okay. Sure playmakers everywhere on the roster but they don’t have the offensive line to hold up to make that matter. We play down to competition

Pitt run looked great, but if you watched the game, louisville beat them over top vs man many times and cunningham couldn't hit any of the throws

You mean Pitt made Cunningham take the lower percentage throws as opposed to giving him everything underneath like we did?
And he couldn't hit them?!

Look at that!

No doubt. I think they had little confidence in the CBs after that first game. Hence TC getting the snaps and friggin bolden on the most athletic player in the country.
