What was the reason for this? I couldn't hear the refs at the game.

They originally threw it not for the blatant hold but for pass interference if I recall. Said that the pass was behind the line of scrimmage so no foul. Totally blown call and Herbstreit was shocked at the no call hold.

No flag for offensive pass interference, because it occurred behind the line of scrimmage, I think
