Since the end of the season how has our team been improving in strength and conditioning? Does anyone have any shirtless pics of the team that we could analyze?
Major improvements. Last year staff came in and wanted to shake it up and get some kids to quit. Puke buckets everywhere etc but kids who love the working out quite honestly were frustrated with not really getting as strong as they could. This year is completely different. They are lifting heavy and really making big strides in weight room. Same can be said for the running program. Less about being a boot camp and more about making guys
