Given ncaa bs, injuries and lack of training due to injuries, sitting out and training is wise.
Sometimes ya just gotta roll the dice, if he’s healthy, it’s Beastmode. If his injuries return and get best of him again, we mutually move on. I’m banking on Beast.I'm still a little skeptical about taking him. His retirement is a big deal not because of the injuries but just the fact that he was ok with possibly never playing again. I wouldn't want guys who would be ok not playing again. What's to stop him from doing it again
Wrist injuries could be unbearable Especially for a lineman who is using their hands every play. As he said In the Navarro article he came back too early and wasn’t all the way healed. This year off should do wonders for him in terms of getting that wrist healthy. He also noted that he wasn’t worried about concussions at all.Sometimes ya just gotta roll the dice, if he’s healthy, it’s Beastmode. If his injuries return and get best of him again, we mutually move on. He will most likely play scout team and if he is back to his old self we should hear it. I just worry about committement to football. Yall have no clue how ****ed up **** was at UCLA since Kelly got there. It's quite possibly a worse **** show as a squad then we were on offense. Just finished talking with Dave yesterday bout that ****. Charles signed there but is already looking into getting a release & going elsewhere. Seeing if manny will take him.I'm still a little skeptical about taking him. Agree, as a recipient of a FB related wrist injury that plagued me the rest of my life, unbearable sums it up. To this day I am still dealing with the pain of arthritis and at times the mental aspect of pain and the limitations. Hope the best for this kid, when he’s good we’re good.Wrist injuries could be unbearable Especially for a lineman who is using their hands every play. I had One too and it still affects me in certain lift workoutsAgree, as a recipient of a FB related wrist injury that plagued me the rest of my life, unbearable sums it up. Absence makes the heart grow fond brother... I get what you're saying. But especially for an injured kid when you realize your health and your future is being tore apart cause of a staff it can be hard to stick the course. Health is nothing to toy with.I get what ur saying I just dont like the retirement say ur done playing and then all of a sudden ur gonna play again
I feel ya Bruh, for me the downside was it kept me out of FB, the upside was that it kept me out of Vietnam, so I had that working for meI had One too and it still affects me in certain lift workouts
