Not sure what people saw in Phillips today that warrants all the praise, he had a couple of catches with an undersized CB draped all over him. Good hands, competes well for the ball, high points, etc...but no separation from a HS DB doesn't bode well. Looks pretty average in the speed department too....note sure we are missing out too much.
