Jesus Christ, your job as a coach / mentor is develop their on field skills and help them become men.

It’s not your job as a football coach to field offers and present the best opportunity for them. Should coaches open doors and be available to assist during the recruitment process…absolutely…but the way he worded that makes me sick.
