Swillbin needed to be fired a while ago. I knew when all that locker room BS with Incognito went down that Swillbin was a clown and in no way shape or form a leader of men Think Jimmy Johnson, Bill Bellickek, or Mike Tomlin would allow anything like that fester in their looker room? **** no! Swillbin is a joke
