We aren't one of those programs that had a split NC that one time in the 90s, we're the program that racked up 5 in under 20 years. And even when we're buns sauce, we still put dudes in the league, and playing us is still everybody's super bowl. That's some sht that deserves respect.

People were allowed to sh*t on us is because we've been consistently winning 6-7 games a year only winning the maximum of 9 games 3 times in 15 years in a division that has been historically weak.

People want to act like beating us is Christmas morning, but then take a dump on us? Fck that. Remember all that sht uf talked after they beat us when Randy was HC? About how they were the real U? If it means so much to them, how are we not relevant?

I am most definitely looking at it as a fan. I'm fine with old Phildo ranking us low because he's looking at our record the last 10 years if that's what he wants, but fans of other teams can go fck themselves if they don't want to show us respect. When you said "everyone" I took that to mean, literally, everyone and I draw a distinction between analysts who get paid for unbiased rankings and fans who talk sht. That may not have been what you meant, but that's what I got out of it.

Whatever, I'm just in a bad mood because we're like 80 days from the start of the season.

LOL, I don't respect them now. I freely admit that they've been better than us for years and I'd switch records with either team over the last 10 years, but I still have hate in my heart for both.

Phil has overrated Miami for years. His system puts a lot of emphasis on recruiting rankings and overall talent of the team. Unfortunately, at least under Randy and Golden, it doesn't account for poor coaching enough. Miami has consistently finished with top 25 recruiting classes and continues to put players in the NFL but the garbage coaching staphs have dragged a team that should be a regular in the top 25 if not top 15, into the lower rungs of college football.

That said, i generally like Phil Steele's information. He's pretty reliable for the most part and actually does research on teams outside the top 10.
